Since 1911, the Grande Prairie Public School Division (GPPSD) has been a learning community in The City of Grande Prairie.
Today, GPPSD proudly continues the tradition of providing public education to over 8,800 students in our 18 schools, ranging from Preschool and Kindergarten up to Grade 12. The division mission is to be a place where every student succeeds!
GPPSD families and their children are offered a variety of choices within the school division through Schools of Choice and Programs of Choice; choices that support your child's unique learning journey.
The Grande Prairie Public School Division's central office provides day-to-day leadership, support and administration services to schools, to the Office of the Superintendent and to the Division. The central office is located at 10127 120 Avenue, Grande Prairie, Alberta.
