Many people are experiencing rapidly changing and confusing emotions since the COVID-19 pandemic has shut down schools and other parts of our community. Pre-COVID, teenagers were learning to manage many overwhelming, confusing emotions. Now teens and parents are faced with the additional social and emotional challenges of our new situation. In this session, we will share different ways to understand the teen world and use the information to support your teen children through the current situation.
