Music Program Gr 5-8 Registration

Application and Registration

Registration for the 2022-2023 school year is closed to current students. New students registering can apply to the program, however, registrations will be reviewed by the school prior to acceptance.

Registration for 2023-2024 School Year

Programming will be open to all students in Grade 5 - 8 for the 2023-2024 school year. Students that would like to join the program can apply and then transfer to a school offering the program. Music Program of Choice for Grade 5-8 will be offered at:

Aspen Grove School,
Derek Taylor Public School,
Ecole Montrose,
I.V. Macklin Public School, and
Roy Bickell Public School.

For current GPPSD students, please complete the Music Program Gr 5-8 Application form, by logging into your PowerSchool Parent Portal, continue into SchoolEngage, click on your student and then complete the Music Program Gr 5-8 Application form. Schools will review applications and contact families to confirm registration. Application forms will open March 2, 2023.

If you are new to GPPSD, starting September 2023, complete the 2023-2024 New Student Registration form and indicate that you are interested in a Program of Choice and choose Music Program Gr 5-8. Schools will then follow up with additional information once applications are approved. For more information on how to register as a new student see the Division Registration Page.
