When our Grade 6 I.V. Macklin Public School students from Mrs. Nora Barrett and Miss Victoria's classes heard about Operation Christmas Tree for the Jasinska's, they knew they wanted to participate in this heartfelt community project. The Jasinska's have decorated their home and yard for every occasion for years bringing joy to community members.
Each student decorated a paper Christmas bulb for this family's tree. In class, we always talk about how little things make a big difference. Our class wanted to make a difference and show we care about our community members who lost their home and all their decorations in a fire last year. Thank you to these two students for representing our class and placing the decorations on the tree.
What little thing can you do to make a difference this Christmas?
