As a parent during the COVID-19 pandemic and school closure, you are probably juggling more roles and responsibilities than a person should ever have to juggle. This session provides information and ideas to parents about the impact of current times on you and your child’s abilities to meet all your needs. The discussion will focus on practical strategies you can start doing today to achieve a better balance between your roles and responsibilities.
Duration: 30-45 minutes
How to register: Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. After you register, Jane will email a link to the session and a cheat sheet for using Zoom.
Attendance is flexible (if you need to leave you may leave at any time). There will be an opportunity for discussion or to ask questions after the topics are covered.
The session will be delivered on Zoom. To watch and interact you will need a computer or device capable of running Zoom by connecting with the internet. A camera and microphone would be beneficial but not necessary.
