That ALL students and staff of GPPSD, have the opportunity to gain a better understanding and respect of Indigenous spirituality, culture and
philosophy.
THE FNMI PROGRAM STAFF WILL WORK TO:

Provide social, emotional and cultural support to students

Act as a liaison between parents and schools

Provide indigenous specific professional development for all staff

Develop curriculum and resources to encourage indigenous pedagogy into the classroom

Work with parents, families and community to enhance the FNMI Program
